3D Hacking Device: In-hand phone hacking tool

Your phone becomes a hacker’s intrusion tool. Pull it out, pick what you
want to do to the car or the person in front of you, aim with Z, lock on,
done.

The phone stays in your hand the whole session. F6 drops the camera onto the
screen so you can click through actions with the mouse, F7 pops the UI to
fullscreen if you want the bigger view, BACKSPACE puts it away.

Vehicle

Disable engine, open doors, force the driver to steer left or right, blow
the tyres, explode the car, unlock and give yourself the keys.

Human

Fake dispatch call, ring their phone, wipe their GPS, force them to drop
their weapon, freeze them with hands up.

Credit-based — each action has its own cost and cooldown. Server checks
range and resolves the target itself, so failed attempts don’t drain your
balance.
